Made for my own grandson after weeks in and out of hospital, to get him back into a sleep routine.
Add to the evening bath in a bath dispersant (5ml bath milk, vodka or full fat milk or similar).
Also place in bedroom in an oil burner or a bowl of near boiling water placed under the cot and 3-4 drops oil added to the water at bedtime.
